People often do not believe that they can have a successful conversation with their managers and get results. Many employees have a lack of faith in their managers, in other words there is a learned helplessness. We often hear, nothing will ever get better in this company, this is the way it is, this is the way it is, we tell the managers fifty times and they don't hear us. But is this really the case?
