Since the meaning of the concept of Leadership is not very clear in our country, people may not understand how many people around them have real leadership qualities.

Among the concepts that have settled in the minds of people raised in our geography, there is the word boss, there is master, there is commander, there is supervisor, there is chief, in recent years there is manager, but there is no Leader. This word does not sit well in our minds or is misunderstood. There is a serious disconnect between the examples that come to our minds when we think of a leader and the concept of leadership accepted in world standards.

So are we all leaders, or are we in search of leaders to save us? If we are not taking the helm of our lives, if we are not leading our own lives and if we are constantly playing the role of victims, then we said, "This is not the way it goes anymore".
