What is the Benefit of Employee Engagement to the "Employee"?
In 2015, when we founded the Success Program,we set out with the mission of "inspiring 2 million business leaders to positively impact company growth and the development of our country by 2030". All our work is in this direction. For the last 3-4 days, I have been sharing with you some articles and infographics on the benefits of employee engagement for companies. The messages I received about these posts asked the following question; Okay, the company wins when I am engaged as an employee, but what is the benefit I get from this engagement? I have a very clear answer to this question; the benefit of engagement to the employee, that is, to individuals, is at least as much as the benefit to the company! Let me explain what these are:

Commitment to your work;
- You are less likely to have a work accident
- It means you are healthier mentally and physically
- It means you'll be happier
- It means higher performance (which means higher earnings and promotions)
- A happier home life
I don't know if you are convinced by these benefits? If you are convinced, you first need to be aware of how to get yourself engaged. The responsibility for employee engagement lies 50% with the employee and 50% with the employer. Both individuals and company leaders need to know how employee engagement can be achieved and sustained.
