We talked about the employees and managers who leave their work in companies and say let's get this award this year, this award this year, and make it their top priority to show up with awards in magazines, linkedin and social media. These people leave aside their real duties and responsibilities, and by chasing awards, they both harm their companies and negatively affect the productivity of their colleagues by demoralizing them. That's why we tell the bounty hunters that it can't go on like this.
